Event: "Fly Danny, Fly!" Reading and Book Signing

Please join us at lollie next Sunday, June 12 from 12-4PM for our Fly Danny, Fly! Reading and Book Signing event.

Written by Chip Gilbertson and Gina Restivo, Fly Danny, Fly! is much more than your average illustrated kids book. This children’s story was inspired by and completed in honor of Danny Stanton, a young boy who passed away in December 2009 due to Sudden Unexplained Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP). Fly Danny, Fly! takes you on a journey that will remind you the importance of embracing life and its endless possibilities, while accepting yourself and others despite any differences you may have. Enjoy your life, because Danny did.

Fly Danny, Fly! is available for purchase at lollie. A portion of all book sales benefit the Danny Did Foundation, an organization founded by Danny’s family in January 2010. This foundation’s main goals are to raise awareness in SUDEP and seizure detection and prediction devices, as well as enhancing communication between medical professionals and those afflicted by seizures.

A reading and book signing with local authors Chip Gilbertson & Gina Restivo. A portion of the proceeds from the book benefit The Danny Did Foundation.  5% of store sales will be donated to the foundation, as well.

June 16th The Storybook Mom returns 10:30AM

Join us for singing, stories and fun with Nili Yelin.  This event is free and open to kids of all ages.

June 18th Kids Kouture @ The Wilmette Theatre 11AM - 1PM

A first-ever fashion show at the Wilmette Theatre full of fun for the whole family with Victor Pacini and Nili Yelin! (Tickets are $10 in advance & $12 at the door.  Visit www.wilmettetheatre.com for more information)
