Event: "Fly Danny, Fly!" Reading and Book Signing

Written by Chip Gilbertson and Gina Restivo, Fly Danny, Fly! is much more than your average illustrated kids book. This children’s story was inspired by and completed in honor of Danny Stanton, a young boy who passed away in December 2009 due to Sudden Unexplained Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP). Fly Danny, Fly! takes you on a journey that will remind you the importance of embracing life and its endless possibilities, while accepting yourself and others despite any differences you may have. Fly Danny, Fly! is available for purchase at lollie. A portion of all book sales benefit the Danny Did Foundation, an organization founded by Danny’s family in January 2010. This foundation’s main goals are to raise awareness in SUDEP and seizure detection and prediction devices, as well as enhancing communication between medical professionals and those afflicted by seizures.
